Land Information Certificates

Row of houses Land information certificates are required when selling a property so that correct settlement of sale can be made. Usually, your solicitor or conveyancer will apply for, and obtain, this information.

You can apply for a Land Information Certificate online or by filling in the application form:

Costs

If required within 24 hours, the certificate will cost $51.50.
If required within five days, the certificate will cost $20.

Submit your application and a copy of the cheque to:
