The Small Project Grants have closed and will reopen on 1 July 2024. 

The Small Project Grants (SPG) are designed to quickly respond to funding requests throughout the year, allowing organisations and individual artists to access funding within a short time from the grant submission.
  • Arts stream (up to $2,000).
  • Community stream (up to $1,000).

Small Project Grants 2023/2024

Yarra City Council invested $104,935 into 82 arts, community and sustainability projects through the 2023/24 Small Project Grants.

For further information see the list of 2023/24 grant recipients (PDF 402kB).  

Applicants can receive one grant up to $1,000 per financial year.   

The next round of Small Project Grants opens on 1 July 2024.
