Sevens Golf is a social 9-hole golfing competition open to players of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of experience. With a flexible, seven day weekly schedule, teams and individuals can participate in a fun, laid back social golf event, giving you an enjoyable way to lead a healthy lifestyle while having a good time with your friends.

Sevens presentation night
Thank you for another successful Seven’s Competition at Burnley Golf Course. This year more than 1800 Seven’s rounds were played, a record in our three year Seven’s history!
Presentations were held on Sunday 1 April, and a fun afternoon of Ambrose golf and pizza was had by all. A big congratulations to the very happy Odd Couples team who were presented with their perpetual trophy. Congratulations also to our Players of the Year John Geddes and Michellina Modiano and to our Biggest Losers, Trent Bartholomew and Heather McBride!
A big thank you to the staff at Burnley Golf Course for the extra effort that goes into Sevens, especially Torsten and Graham for their countless hours of administration. We would also like to thank our Maintenance Team, Chris and Luke - the fantastic condition of Burnley Golf Course this Summer is a testament to the hard work that continues to be put into the course and it’s no coincidence that Burnley Golf Course has never been in better shape!
Once again, thank you for being a part of our Summer Comp. We hope you are looking forward to our 2012/2013 season as much as we are!

Sevens Golf makes golfing accessible to everyone, from first timers to experienced club members.
Even if you have never played golf before, there are special rules and handicaps to support you.
Giving you the opportunity to learn the game in a laid back and enjoyable environment and have fun with your mates at the same time. To ensure no one gets left behind there is a maximum score per hole.
No matter what your golfing background is, Sevens Golf encourages you to have a go, to get out in the fresh air and experience the pleasure that golf can bring.
The fun way to play golf
Register a team of up to seven friends, family members or workmates, and get out on the course any day of the week. You decide when and who you play with - each round lasts seven days, and you are not restricted to any designated time.
With this flexible schedule, you can play as many times a week as you like, at a time that suits you.
All you need is another Sevens Golf player to mark your scorecard. The best four scores from your team over the seven day period make up your team score.
Sevens Golf lets you track your individual and team scores online, making it easy to keep up to date with the competition. Challenge a different team each week, and you may just end up the Grand Final Champion!
