Our services include:

An Assessment Officer will meet with you to discuss your care needs and the types of services you will receive.

There is a fee charged for all of Council's services. The fee is based on your income and will vary according to the type of services you receive.

The Assessment Officer will discuss this with you during the assessment visit.

Yarra's home and support services are funded by Council with support from the Commonwealth and State Government's Home and Community Care Program.
