New childcare places - construction underway or proposed
With a baby boom underway in Yarra, Council is increasing its services for local families.
In Fitzroy, construction has begun on a new community hub, which will provide up to 119 early learning and child care places, and maternal and child health services. Here is more information on that project.
Council is proposing to build a new child care and maternal and child health centre on the former Lourdes site in St Heliers Street, Abbotsford.
