Richmond Town Hall Precinct

At its meeting on 17 July 2007, Council adopted its Urban Design Framework (UDF) for the Richmond Town Hall Precinct.

The UDF aims to consolidate the precinct as a community hub which would encourage economic, environmental and social benefits by providing:

  • Economic stimulus to the Bridge Road Activity Centre
  • Opportunity for environmentally sustainable development principles and attributes in any redevelopments
  • A sense of place by creation of a civic and community focus.
