Gertrude Street Projection Festival 2016

The Gertrude Street Projection Festival has officially launched – illuminating Fitzroy’s Gertrude Street over ten evenings: Friday 15 July – Sunday 24 July.

Projection and contemporary new media works are being presented across building facades, laneways, shop fronts and intimate gallery spaces.

The 2016 program engages audiences in immersive and experimental arts experiences. Enjoy live performances, a new experimental program at Little Woods Gallery, workshops, discussions and participatory projects.

Now in its 9th year the Gertrude Street Projection Festival attracts over 40,000 people and aims to celebrate the rich social, cultural and artistic vibrancy of the Gertrude Street community.
