Councillor access to files
Please find below the Councillor access to files section of the Yarra Councillors' Code of Conduct:
9. Councillor access to Files
Should a Councillor wish to see the content of a Council file, a request should be made to the Executive Manager Governance. The Executive Manager Governance will arrange for access to the file. Councillors will only be permitted to view the contents of Council files whilst a Council Officer is present and no copies of documentation can be made. At no time should the file be taken off-site by a Councillor.
