Council offices

Council has two customer service offices, which are located at the Richmond Town Hall and the Collingwood Town Hall.

Their locations and hours of operation are:

333 Bridge Road, Richmond
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (except on Tuesday, when the offices are open until 6pm for any planning inquiries).

140 Hoddle Street, Abbotsford
Hours: 8.30am-5pm, Monday - Friday
