Term 2 - Important dates & information

Information regarding Term 2 enrolments
Direct debit
If you are using our Direct Debit option, your enrolment will be automatically rolled over to the next Term. If you would like to cancel your lessons for Term 2 you will need to do so by 6pm Thursday 12 April.
Your application to cancel must be in writing, either by email to: yarraleisure@yarracity.vic.gov.au or by filling in a cancellation form at any of our Yarra Leisure Centres.
Upfront Term payments & Family memberships
To guarantee your position for next Term you will need to make your Term 2 payment by Sunday 25 March.
From Monday 26th March, all unpaid Upfront and Family Membership payment bookings will be cancelled and you will not have a class for Term 2.
Change of preference requests
If your child is promoted to the next level Swim School staff will give you a Change of Preference form indicating the new level. Forms need to be returned by Sunday 25 March.
If you would like to change your child’s day, time or venue you can also fill in a Change of Preference form (available at Reception) and return it by Sunday 25 March.
New enrolment request
If you are new to the Yarra Leisure swim school program and would like to request an enrolment in Term 2 of our program, you will need to arrange an appointment with our swim school office. From Monday 2 April at 11am, you can contact Yarra Leisure's swim school office to book an appointment to discuss class availability.
