Cardboard drop-off points

Recycling drop off pointRecycling is easier for local businesses now that Council has established four cardboard drop-off points in Yarra.

Cardboard boxes can be left for recycling at the following locations:

  • Council's recycling drop-off point, in Roseneath Street, Clifton Hill (about 35 metres east of the entrance to the main Council depot). This drop-off point is open 24 hour a day, seven days a week.

  • Gleadell Street car park (opposite the Richmond Recreation Centre), available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Fitzroy Depot, 111 Queens Parade, North Fitzroy, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for drop off on nature strip.

  • Burnley Street Depot, 440 Burnley Street, Burnley (next to MFB building), between 8am-3pm, Monday to Friday.
