Sports Ground and Building Maintenance

Building-works-1The Building Maintenance Form is for clubs to use in relation to any maintenance works required for sports pavilion issues only.

Please fill out this form with the facility details and a description of the related maintenance issue, including the location of the problem.

When completed please send to Council’s Sports Development Officer by email, by faxing to 8417 6666, or by mailing to Yarra City Council, PO Box 168 Richmond 3121.
