Positive Ageing Strategy
Council’s Positive Ageing Strategy, The River of Life, was developed to respond to the opportunities and challenges of an ageing population in the City of Yarra.
The strategy provides Council with a tool to plan the resourcing of social and physical infrastructure to effectively manage the need for affordable housing, health and community services, transport, lifelong learning, physical activity, cultural and community participation and engagement.
