Personal care businesses
Personal Care/Body Art businesses provide services such as hairdressing, beauty, tattooing, ear-piercing and colonic irrigation. These businesses, and any others involving penetration of the skin, must be registered with Council.

Personal Care/Body Art Businesses Not Governed By Council
Certain personal care/body art businesses are not governed by Yarra City Council, but by other authorities. You will need to contact the relevant authority for enquiries.
