Storytime

Story timeYarra Libraries Storytime services are designed to encourage children to have a life-long love of books. Our special event Storytimes are held throughout the year to acknowledge and celebrate events like Christmas and Easter through children's books.

About Storytime

Our experienced and enthusiastic library staff offer Storytime sessions throughout the year (except for school holidays).

Listening to stories and songs helps children to develop their language and motor skills. Storytime introduces children to a wide range of books, encourages a life-long love of reading and libraries, and gives your child the opportunity to mix with other children.
