Free Community Stall Hire
Non-profit community groups are encouraged to take advantage of a free market stall at the Gleadell Street Market to assist their fundraising and promotional activities.
Hundreds of people travel to the market each week so the stall is a great way to spread the word about your organisation's activities and interact with the community.
The stall is made available by Council for use between 7am to 1pm each Saturday when the market is operating.
Council officers can attend the market on Saturday mornings to provide the Council marquee and folding table prior to the market opening (before 6:45 am). The officer will also attend at the close of market trading to collect these items.
Please note, if you wish to use the marquee and/or table when using Council's community stall please tell one of our officers when making your application.
If you do not make a specific request for these items prior to the day they may not be available.
Hirers who wish to use the stall are limited to three bookings per year.
If your organisation is interested in hiring the community stall, please fill out the form below and contact Council's Compliance Branch on 9205 5166.
